12" and 15”Coaxial Stage Monitor Speaker

A coaxial speaker means the individual driver units radiate sound from the same point or axis in a loudspeaker system. There are usually two types: one is a compact design using two or three speaker drivers, mostly in car audio, and the other is a two-way high-power design for professional audio.

Coaxial speakers in professional audio make sound from two drivers to come from one source. This feature allows for a wider field of simultaneous summation of the speaker driver as compared to a speaker box containing a physically separate drive. Likewise, the response mode is symmetric about the axis of the speaker. Our L-12 and L-15 are professional audio coaxial speakers for stage monitor.

 

The L-12 is a compact passive and active stage monitor for all mobile applications, it weights only 21kg for the passive version and 24kg for the active version. With a 3” Neodymium HF driver and a 12” Neodymium woofer, its nominal dispersion could be 90ºAxi-symmetric and the maximum SPL could be 133dB. In the active version, it is driven by a Class D powered amplifier module, which is 450W at 8ohms load with DSP function. The enclosure of L-12 is made of 18mm-thick birch plywood and there is grey or white surface finished for your choice.

The L-15 is similar to the L-12 with a bigger woofer 15 inch. Its nominal dispersion could be 50ºAxi-symmetric and the maximum SPL could be 139dB. For the active version, it is mounted a Class D powered amplifier module with a power output of 650W RMS. L-15 is also suitable for Live performance systems, DJ systems and so on.
