  • Can I make the products with my own logo?

    Yes, we could provide OEM services to you, make your logo on the products andcartons, we have rich experience in this. 

  • How could I receive the goods?

    For sample order or small quantity order, we suggest to deliver by express,such as DHL, FedEx, EMS. For urgent order, but many goods, we suggest to deliver byair.
    For large batch order, it is better to deliver by ocean. No matter which way you choose, our partner, one of the best forwarders in Guangzhou would provide you the best services with best price.
     

  • How do you do the warranty?

    We provide 2 years warranty for Amplifiers and 1 year warranty for speakers. Within the warranty period, we'll be responsible for repair or replacement for any defected or damaged products free of charge.
     And for whole service lifetime,we'll be responsible for repair and only charge for the fee of  components replacing. The damage by human action or force majeure shall not be
     contained in the warranty scope.

  • Are you a factory or trading company?

    We have our own 5000 sqm factory since 2006, with 6 advanced production lines. We have over 120 experienced workers, 22 experienced engineers and QC, complete warehouse management system and professional sales team.
