Sanway
Dual 8 inch Line Array
Overview
The Y8 a compact 2 way passive line array design. The pro audio line array speaker features with 2 units 8 inch neodymium woofer in a dipole arrangement and a 1.4-inch high-frequency compression driver with a sonic transformer in the center.
The precise horn geometry combined with the advanced bass reflex phase hole design provides full bandwidth capability and extends low frequency output. It is a high-performance dual 8 inch line arrays that provides 80 ° horizontal diffusion characteristics and keeps the lower control limit as low as 500 Hz.
The mechanical component structure and acoustic design make the Y8 can form up to 24 speakers as a vertical line array with a vertical tilt angle of 0 ° to 14 ° and a separation of 1 °. Y8 can not only form an independent line array system, but also can be combined with multiple multiple Y-SUB speakers to form professional line array system.
The 8 inch speaker box is made of first grade Russian birch plywood with anti-collision and weather-protected and open-air protective paint. The front panel of the speaker is protected by a hard metal grill, and a sound-transmitting foam plastic is attached behind the mesh cover.
The Y8 side panels are equipped with handles, and two additional built-in handles are provided at the bottom of the rear of the cabinet. The three-point hanging assembly is placed in the speaker cabinet
