Overview: 

The V-GSUB cardioid subwoofer is designed for high-performance low-frequency reinforcement in ground-stacked applications. Its cardioid dispersion pattern makes it ideal for concerts, theaters, live events, and fixed installations, where controlling low-frequency energy is crucial. The anti-slip stacking design ensures secure positioning when used with V7P/Y10P loudspeakers, making it suitable for portable and touring applications as well.

V-GSUB Professional Passive Subwoofer Features:

1. Active Design: A high-performance cardioid subwoofer driven by a single amplifier channel.

2. Designed for Ground Stacking: Specifically intended for ground-stacked applications only.

3. Consistent Acoustic and Visual Design: Shares the same acoustical and visual design as the V-SUB but without integrated rigging equipment.

4. Dual Driver Configuration:

• One 18" long-excursion neodymium driver in a front-facing bass-reflex design.

• One 12" long-excursion neodymium driver in a two-chamber bandpass design radiating to the rear.

5. Cardioid Dispersion Pattern:  Reduces unwanted energy behind the system, minimizes excitation of the      reverberant field at low frequencies, and enhances accuracy in low-frequency reproduction.

6. Anti-Slip Stacking Design: The top panel features a recess shaped to fit a V7P/Y10P enclosure, preventing movement when stacking a top loudspeaker.

7. Protective Features:

• The bottom panel has two runners to prevent scratching.

• The top panel incorporates matching recesses to ensure stability when stacking multiple V-GSUB cabinets.

8. Durable Construction: Made from marine plywood with an impact- and weather-resistant Polyurea Cabinet Protection (PCP) finish.

9. Grille Protection: The front panel is covered by a rigid metal grille backed by acoustically transparent foam.

10. Portability & Mounting:

• Two handles on each side for easy transportation.
